AKA Boot Camp IX
July 15–August 15, 2010
Are you ready to become the best you can be? Once again, we are setting the standard for the top martial arts training camps in the country. The 2010 Boot Camp is set for July 15–August 15. Are you ready for something new and different this year? Be prepared for Boot Camp IX – where we teach you to own it!
Our Goal
The goal of Boot Camp IX is to have all participants leave the camp feeling like they have learned something new – and had a great time doing it. Now that summer is here, it's time to jump start everyone's engines and train to be the best! This camp is for martial artists to excel and to learn new things. Campers will have the opportunity to learn new forms, critique existing forms, learn basic and advance acrobatics, conditioning and choreography. Our world champion instructors will help the campers meet their full potential.
Once again we will be bringing in some of the world's most prestigious and well-known martial artists. Each day you will be challenged to be the best you can be, working hard with a staff of assistant instructors and – of course – Sensei John Sharkey himself.
World Champion Instructors
Matthew Mullins
Blazing across the globe, Matt and the Sideswipe Performance Team have taken the world by storm! Coming off of their success on America's Got Talent and a recent tour of entertaining American troops in Europe, Matt will teach campers the proper way to train for open form routines. The campers will also run through a high energy forms and weapons training session and learn to utilize basics, energy, and focus to make their forms explode with life.
Craig Henningsen
As a member of Sideswipe, Craig is one of the most inspiring young men on the circuit today. Innovation and creativity are two words that separate Craig from every competitor. Craig will be on hand to help each camper add the specific details that every competitor needs to be the best.
